For over 50 years, Lebanon InterVarsity Fellowship (LIVF) has walked alongside students during this pivotal season, offering a foundation of faith, a supportive community, and a vision for a life of purpose.
Who We Are
LIVF is a registered Lebanese organization dedicated to serving university students across the nation. Since our affiliation with the global International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) in 1975, we have been part of a worldwide movement with a shared passion: to see students built into communities of disciples, transformed by the gospel, and impacting the university, the church, and society for the glory of Christ.

We believe that a nation’s strength lies in the integrity of its people, and that true, lasting change begins with God’s work in individual hearts and minds. By helping students build their lives on the truth of Scripture and a growing relationship with Jesus, we are empowering them to become agents of positive change in every sphere of influence.
The Heart of Our Ministry
So, how do we bring this vision to life? Our work is relational, holistic, and rooted in God’s Word. It revolves around a few core pillars:
- Vibrant Bible Study Groups: We create safe and welcoming spaces on or near campus where students from all backgrounds can explore the Bible, ask tough questions, and discover how its timeless truths apply to their lives today.
- Discipleship & Mentoring: We are committed to walking with students personally, helping them grow in their faith, develop spiritual disciplines, and navigate the challenges of university life as followers of Christ.
- Leadership Training: We identify and equip students with the skills and character to become godly leaders—in their Bible study groups, their future churches, their workplaces, and their communities.
- Life-Changing Conferences: Our annual conferences, both local and regional, are powerful opportunities for students and graduates to deepen their relationship with God and connect with a wider community of like-minded believers.
