At the beginning of the summer, one of our students that newly graduated in nutrition gave us an enriching session on Healthy Living! She shared valuable insights and practical tips for maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Through her interactive talk and related activities, students gained useful knowledge. It highlighted the importance of making mindful choices for overall well-being, reminding us that caring for our bodies is also part of honoring the life God has entrusted to us.
